Hello Penelope, We are very sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations. That might be legally acceptable, but it is a terrible customer experience given I bought the item a month ago and I'm now out £600 with nothing to show for it. Cost me £68 to pay import duties to Spain, and now after another week delay the company tells me that according to terms and conditions the item must be sent to the manufacturer for a warranty repair. I'll update the review again when the matter is resolved. As others pointed out they require you to pay for the return to Spain which has cost about £37. After about a week of waiting for a response they finally created a return. Can't recommend getting a tech product here, stick to the big names who understand how to handle faulty products. Now the TechInn return is "closed" and the support team and making it very difficult to reopen it, demanding proof of the Asus email (which I provided). The manufacturer says that I've "bought the item outside the UK" and so they won't cover it under warranty. They closed my return and told me to contact the manufacturer. ![]() I received a faulty Asus mini PC and provided clear video evidence of the fault within 2 days of taking delivery. Really disappointed by the returns process here. Avoid them like they try to avoid dealing with faulty tech goods ![]()
